CLӔNE Group provides CTC environmental cost estimating support to the United States Air Force (USAF) through their annual Program Requirements Development (PRD) process. We assist USAF Remedial Project Managers with identifying and validating key environmental cleanup assumptions and requirements necessary for developing detailed, audit-ready cost estimates; and perform Senior Cost Estimator reviews of the estimates to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)
CLӔNE Group provides Cost to Complete (CTC) environmental cost estimating support to Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Defense Supply-Environmental (DS-E). We developed the current audit-ready CTC process in use at DLA, and execute this process annually. This includes identifying the complete universe of DLA’s environmental liabilities (ELs), determining and documenting all requirements to close these ELs, and creating annual CTC estimates to fulfill DLA’s budgetary and reporting needs. CLӔNE Group also provides on-site Integrated Financial Management and Program Support to DLA, assisting with management and execution of the DS-E Restoration Program as well as its financial and budgetary reporting requirements.

CLӔNE Group provides Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) enforcement and permitting support for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Regions 6, 7, and 9. Our support includes performing RCRA Compliance Evaluation Inspections (CEIs), site investigations, environmental sampling, and financial assurance cost estimating.

CLӔNE Group provides environmental cost estimating support for ExxonMobil Corporation. We developed a standardized process, customized to ExxonMobil, to estimate costs associated with various environmental remediation projects worldwide. We developed and conducted training to roll out the new process for all ExxonMobil Environmental Project Developers, and have estimated costs for projects ranging from demolition and removal to installation and operation of complex remediation systems.
